These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Twilda, a novel-writing platform operated by Artometrics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Twilda at twilda.com, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Twilda provides tools for planning, writing, organizing story lore (Codex), and optional AI-assisted features. We may update features, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Content you create

You retain ownership of manuscripts, Codex entries, and other content you create in Twilda. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — including AI features you explicitly invoke.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform, or use Twilda to generate unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI features

AI outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated text appropriately. AI usage may be metered by plan and subject to fair-use limits.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy published on the site or in your plan terms.

Disclaimer

Twilda is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
