Artometrics (“we”, “us”) operates Twilda at twilda.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Content: novels, chapters, scenes, Codex entries, snippets, and chat messages you create in the app.
• Usage data: feature usage, AI credit consumption, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store subscription status and customer references, not full card numbers.

How we use information

We use your information to provide Twilda, sync your work across devices, enforce plan limits, process payments, improve the product, and respond to support requests. AI features send relevant manuscript and Codex context to our AI providers only when you invoke those features.

Storage and security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Access is restricted to your account unless you explicitly share content in future collaboration features. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

Third parties

We use Supabase (auth and database), Netlify (hosting), and Stripe (billing). AI requests may be processed via Netlify AI Gateway. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your account data from your account settings or by contacting us. EU/UK users may have additional rights under applicable law.

Retention

We retain account and content data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within a reasonable period except where retention is required by law.
